In the data sheet of bq27425-G2A, there is the power mode diagram in Fig.2. Our customer would like to know the Transition time from POR to Normal operation. Can you show any estimated time?

Hi,

Let me add the background of this question.

Our customer is planning to use ITPOR bit to know that the system recover from deeply discharged battery. In their system, the charger IC start charging after 1sec after recovering from deeply discharged battery. So they would like to know if bq27425 move to normal mode from POR within 1sec.

It will take approximately 4 seconds to initialize and report actual SOC.

However, it will be in "Normal" power mode earlier than 4 seconds.

I understand that bq27425-G2A will be in Normal mode earlier than 4sec but it's difficult to say within 1sec. First of all, I'll inform this information to our customer.
