Hi

If I don't need to use DCDC3 function at TPS65023.

DCDC3_EN is allways low.

In this case,how it is connect below pin.

1, VINDCDC3 (shorted to GND ?)

    Hi Masa, 

    If you plan on not using the DCDC3 converter in the TPS65023, connect the following pins in the manner described below. 

    • VINDCDC3 must be connected to VCC and the other VINDCDCx. The only exception to this is leaving the VINDCDC3 pin floating. 
    •  L3 should be left floating. 
    • VDCDC3 can be connected to GND.
    • DEFDCDC3 can be connected to GND.
    • DCDC3_EN must be connected to GND. 
    • PGND3 must be connected to GND.
