TPS53319 / Input capacitor selection

Hi.

Customer designed a Vin=3.3V,Vout=1.1,Iout=9A power section from the webench design using TPS53319.

The design is

Customer can not use the electrolytic capacitor in Cvin because of the height restrictions.

There was no description about the selection of the input capacitor to the data sheet.

Can I substitute a film capacitor or ceramic capacitor to Cvin?

Who knows why webench picked that. I cannot see any reason why ceramic capacitors cannot be used.
