TPS54240 EN-Pin

Hi

We like to use the TPS54240 in our design. We already use a simmilar product, the TPS54140A.

In the manual of TPS54240 and TPS54140A there is a maximum rating of 5V for the EN-Pin.

However, In the manual of the TPS54140A there is also mentioned that on the EN-Pin the device has a weak 5.8V zehner-doide implemented. That eases the design with wide input voltage ranges.

Question:
Does the TPS54240 also have a 5.8V zehner-diode implemented on the EN-Pin, or do we have to add an external zehner-diode?
