Hello,

I would like to know the FIT value for LM22672 buck converter. Most TI parts have this data available in the web but not this one, maybe because it was a National product. FIT value is usually accompanied with a reference temperature and activation energy.

Hi Ricardo,

The FIT value is 3. MTBF = 4.617* 10⁸, Activation energy = .7eV and reference temp = 55C. Hope that helps.
