Hello,

I have trouble establishing communication between EV2200 board and my PC.

PS. * I had followed all connection instructions as per given spec sheet for both EV2200 and BQ2060A boards.

*I use serial to usb adapter with its virtual com port driver (prolific) driver.

* virtual Com ports 6 to 13 available. 

* comm ports shown on software screen com1 through 4.

Please help...

    I realize this post is nearly two years old and likely unneeded now.  But if anyone else can find this answer helpful, I believe it's because you are not connecting the VSS on the EV2200 board to the Pack(-) node on the BQ2060A-EVM board.  

    This is in the documentation, see Table 4-1 in bq2060A-EVM User Guide (sluu179.pdf)
