UCC28019 1200W PFC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28019, TL431

Hello

Since I got no response in other threads for my questions, I am opening my new thread here hope to get some answers.

I am building a 1200W PFC using the UCC28019 (not A version) and Everything seems to be good.

* I am following the same schematic in the datasheet.

* I am drawing 1200W without problems, for long term.

* Picture attached is for the VOLTAGE at the output of the PFC (NO LOAD) Idle. i dont know if this noise is normal.

* I have inductor noise all the time when I load the PFC with resistive Load ( 2KW resistors ), specially at 110VAC Input. at 200VAC it gets much lower.

* Using the TL431 as described in the AN will prevent the PFC from triggering the OVP ? because its not accepted in my design to have over voltage trigger, this makes the voltage goes 15V or more than the needed voltage ( from 385 to 405VDC)
