Ghosting with UCC28950

With controlling using UCC28950, while the input voltage to the bridge circuit passes some certain voltage level , the output of the bridge circuit is not a steady square waveform. It looks like it is moving around, like ghosts around the square waveform.  
It works pretty well in some certain input range, but beyond that threshold ghosting shows up which damage the output voltage quality. This happens in open loop control without any regulation. 
Has anybody faced similar problem?
