hi, i wonder why there are different frequencies between the two circuits? why the upper running with 750KHz and the lower with 415KHz? thanks

    It's just two different circuits, one has ceramic output capacitor and the other an electrolytic output capacitor.  The two circuits were meant to be different. One is smaller size, the other has connections for most of the features like tracking and EN.

    i realized that those are two different circuits with two different goals.

    maybe i will ask differently, how to determine which freq should i work?

    i mean why TI chose to work on 750KHz?

    It is an engineering trade off.  In general, higher frequency operation means smaller component sizes.  Lower frequency means higher efficiency.  Frequencies around 700 kHz tend to be good compromises between size and efficiency.  You may also want to choose frequency based on other considerations (i.e. do you need to stay out of AM radio band)
