AC to DC power supply of +15V and -15V

Hi,

I want to have a DC power supply of +15 and -15V for my application. The maximum current that would be passing through will be 1A. I do need another +5V supply for my PIC microcontroller. For that I thought of using a 7805 voltage regulator from the the supply of +15V. The input will be 230V AC for the power supply. So basically I need to get +15V and -15V supply of maximum 1A from 230V AC. Is there any product that I can get my requirement satisfied or any suggestion to get this done is highly appreciated.
