LM5035C RAMP threshold

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035C

Hi

We got two questions for LM5035C from customer.

1. Regarding RAMP comparator threshold, does this threshold has temperature trend?

What knid of trend does it has if it's yes.

2. How can we select Rff and Cff if CR is same.

Our customer told us that the ripple noise on output voltage increase when Rff is large and Cff is small.(same CR)

Regards,

  • The RAMP comparator threshold is specified as varying from 2.4v to 2.6v over its full temperature range

RFF and CFF set the maximum on time and can be selected with Equation (1) in the data sheet.

The recommended range of CFF is 100pF to 1nF. The ripple on the output should be the same when the RC product is the same.

Please check the signal on RAMP pin
