Cascading TPS62160 increase the instability?

I am using TPS62160 in my design.  I use one TPS62160 to generate 3.3V from VCC, and use another TPS62160 to generate 1.8V from 3.3V.

is it possible that the two chips can interact and introduce noise? I wonder how this interaction can happen.
