Hi.

I'd like to ask about PG pin of the TPS53353.
 
Could you tell me the value of leak current PG PIN.
I want to know it in order to determine the pull-up resistor.
 
Recommended circuit in the data sheet was 100kΩ.
But I am trying to use the resistance of 2.2-4.7MΩ to Pull up resistor R10.
Can I use the resistor of MΩ order when I Pull up at Vreg(5V) the PG pin? 
Please tell me if there is a recommended value of Pull up resistor.
