bq27530 / Way to export dffs. file witout bqCONFIG

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to know the way to export dffs. file without bqCONFIG. I and our customer know it can be done by using bqCONFIG but we can not resolve the error which is known in E2E as below.

Now I'm asking this because they are planing to use dffs. file to make the list of Flash for develop of software.

    Hi Team,

    I'm waiting for your response.

    Our customer tried to use 3.1m and 3.1r of EV2300's FW but they could not use bqCONIFIG. They tried with Win7 32bit and Win7 64bit, but the result was the same.
