i'm trying to create a golden file for my battery with the fuel gauge bq27500 chip.
I have on my board th bq24160 battery charger a LiPo 8700mAh battery and a bq27500 ver. 1.30.
From the beginning after a cycle I have had the error message "Dataflash.GasGauging.State.UpdateStatus does NOT=2". Investigating in the forum I have see that the RUP_DIS bit become green after starting the charge process (step n. 3). May be RUP_DIS bit the cause of my problem?
I have see in the forum that the charging current must be about C/2, that mean about 4.35A, but with bq24160 I can charge at 2,5A maximum.... Is the charging current too low the RUP_DIS bit activation reason?
After the IT algorithm initialization (step n. 2) the IT becomes enabled.
Can someone help me?
