What is active charging area? Pls explain wrt A6 coil.

Hello There,

Pls explain active charging area and compare it, (A5 or A11) Vs A6 coil.

The A5 or A11 is 20mm round area.

The A6 is a 20mm X 70mm rectangular area.

Thanks Bill,

If I were to rotate the center coil of A6 to vertical(no dead spots here) as that of other side coils, will new active charging area be 25 mm x 60 mm approx?
