The Sept 2013 TRM SLUUA96 section 5.3 describes how to go to SEALED, UNSEALED and FULL-ACCESS modes.

It refers to named addresses "Unseal Key 0", "Unseal Key 1"... but nowhere in the document are the values for these defined.

Is there an addendum in another document?

TI sometimes hides the default keys from view in certain TRMs and datasheets but makes them visible in others. However, the default unseal and full-access keys are pretty much the same across almost all their gauges.

Look at page 20 and 23 of the bq27541's datasheet for the default codes (I'm not sure if TI staff would appreciate me directly putting the key in a forum post).
