UCD9222 V33A,V33DIO isolation

Is it OK to short V33A and V33DIO to each other?

Of course, de-coupling capacitors are connected.

V33A is for analog block, V33DIO for digital IO and core block.

I think V33A and V33DIO are to be AC-isolated.
