Hi,

I am trying to build a high power LED driver (1A-3.7V) that can be controlled from a micro controller 5V square wave signal with frequency up to 1Mhz. I am trying to send a signal through the LED to a photo detector.Is there any LED driver that can provide an output square wave signal of  (1A-3.7V) with 1 Mhz?

it is very important for the current to maintain at 1A to achieve the highest brightness for the LED
