LM3880 - Flags are not working

Hello,

Below is the circuit used in present design, for power sequence (LM3880MFE-1AA/NOPB) operation as shown in attachment.

Facing following probelms:

  1. Capacitor delay calculation for enable pin as shown in page 8 of datasheet, for 10uF is 1.7S but i could notice 400ms only.
  2. Importantly, FLAG pins are not kept low as per sequencing delay, they are HIGH always (During and After enable pin goes HIGH).

Please check and let me know how to fix this problem.
