I am using the BQ27530-G1 with BQ24160 charger. I am having an AUTHFAIL come up when I try to communicate with the charger using the gas gauge.
I am referencing the BQ27531 TRM draft, and it points to changing the PRODUCT NUMBER to match the charger you are using. From a forum post I found that for the BQ24190, PRODUCT NUMBER should be set to 32. Should I set to 32 for the BQ24160 on the BQ27530?
