LM3671 USON package and temperature range

Hello,

I'm looking for the LM3671 - 1.8 for my new design but in the datasheet there is no information on the temperature range for the USON package.

I would like to use it in a aeronautics application.

Any info on this package or only the BGA is available in the range -40° to +125°C ?

    Hi all three packages are good for junction temperature -40 to 125 and Ambient temp -40 to 85degC, the only difference are the junction to ambient ratings. we will fix the numbers in the package option addendum section. thanks!

    Marc,

    Please note that there is also a LM3671-Q1 part type which is an automotive qualified part.  It would better suit for aerospace application because it qualified with more stringent testings. Furthermore it has Tamx=Tjmx =125C versus Tamx=85C for the commercial non-Q1 part.  This could have been better stated in the DS, but by default the Q1 is an industrial standard which has the higher temp rating.  Hope this is helpful to you.  Kern
