The TPS3808G01 output Pin at the time of the power supply Off

As described in the datasheet, /RESET is undefined until Vdd is above the power-up reset of 0.8V.

The absolute rating of the device is covered in the Absolute Maximum Ratings table on page 2 of the datasheet.

I know it.
However, I wanted the reply of whether to have composition which becomes high impedance at the time of Vdd=0V as a view of a design.

I misunderstood.  You are correct, at Vdd = 0V /RESET could be considered high impedance.
