Dear Sanju:

Did you ever get a resolution to this?  I'm having the essentially same problem, except at 12Vdc 2A out.  No-load it is doing its eco-mode ramps, but it won't put out any power.  At 300mA out the voltage has dropped to about 3Vdc.  I feel like Scotty from Star Trek.

    Hi David,

    I split this into a new thread since there is a good chance the cause of the issue is different. Could you share some details of your design? Please include the schematic, pcb information and some details or measurements where there are issues.
