Combined Li-ion linear charger and linear converter ?

Hello, I couldn't find any combined power management solution including a 4.2V single-cell li-ion linear charger (ideally Iin ~1.0A) and ~3.3V linear converter (ideally Iout ~0.2A). Is there no such monolithic devices in the TI catalog ? We currently use BQ24074+TPS63031 but space is a premium. Thank you, Dave

what do you mean by "linear charger"; do you mean no inductor/switching regulator? ...because burning up the excess power to charge a single cell Li-ion from a 5Vusb supply at 1.0A with a linear regulator is calling for some hefty heat dissipation...
