TPS2044B current limiting value too high - 1.4A ! Why ?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2044B

I use TUSB2046 with TPS2044BD. Everything looks fine, USB devices recognised and working. Power switches (TPS2044BD) output DC5V to the USB ports when TUSB2046 send ENABLE signals and disconecting DC5V from USB ports in RESET condition BUT TPS2044BD max current protection triggers at 1.4A, OVERCUR signal also triggers.

I expected this IC to limit current to 500mA as is writen in datasheet.

PCB looks fine, GND and Vin (5V) stable osc.
