I2C driver for 2 digit 7-segment LED?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3463, TPS92660I need to drive a remote 2 digit 7-segment LED from a micro controller with as few leads as possible (it is about 3m from the micro) I figured I2C would be best. Ideally the driver would use the local 12V power source (11V to 14.4V) but accept I2C data at 5V. Do TI make such a driver?

What do you mean by 7-segment LED, 7 LED strings or 7 LEDs?

We do have some DC/DC drivers that support I2C function like LM3463 and TPS92660.

You can take a look on TI’s website.

What do I mean by 7-segment LEDs? I mean exactly that, 7-segment LEDs!

If you don't know what this means (really?), Google it.

However, this is totally irrelevant to my question.
