Power supply is going to shutdown mode (LM3668SD-2833/NOPB/WSON)

Hi,

I am using LM3668SD-2833/NOPB/WSON switcher for my application which gives 3.3V output for Micro controller , CPLD and memory (Flash and PSRAM). 

I am switching ON and OFF the power supply. After several time switching even if input is present the output is going off.

I am using 5V switcher  LM3668SD-4550/NOPB/WSON on the same board which is receiving same input as 3.3V and it is working fine.

Designed Input output details:

Input voltage: 5V

output voltage required: 3.3V

Output current :200mA

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
