STAT pin of BQ24170 does not go "HIGH" even battery charging completed

Hi Engineers

I'm using BQ24170 for my mobile device.

Below is my situation

 

    - Input : AC Adapter 5V

    - Battery : Lithume-ion battery(3.7V)

 

Battery charging is ok but after completion "STAT" pin does not go "High"

Please refer to my schematic diagram.
