Current of TPS63000 without load

Hello all,

for a battery powered application i am using the TPS63000 for generating 3,5V of 3 AA-cells. The Datasheet mentioned 50uA quiescent current, assuming it means the input-current of the circuit without any load. For the feedback i am using 120k and 20k. So, i expected a current of approx. 75uA but i measured 4mA. Is this a corrct value? Is there a way to minimize it?
