Qi/USB/fuel gauge reference implementation?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2541, BQ51013B

Hi, I am interested in charging multiple lipoly single cell batteries in parallel to power the cc2541, an LED driver, and a couple uln2803a's and a bunch of little motors.

I am interested in any reference implementation or even just a recommendation for the chips to charge and power the system.

I want an i2c fuel gauge, ldo, and accept any USB or Qi to charge.  So far it looks like a need a fuel gauge chip, the USB charger/recognition chip, and then something like a BQ51013B.  Can it all be done with 2 chips or less?  What would be the best set of chips and packaging for flexible PCB(QFN or BGA)?

Thanks!
