Bq34z110 learning(Optimization) cycle

I have some questions before learning(Optimization) cycle.

Our Application: 4 Batteries(12V 155Ah,US 12VXC) in series =>48V

Charge Current :20.8A

Discharge Current : 0C~3C(0A~465A)

I follow SLUSB55B P.29, Step 5

Load Select:1

Load Select:0

Cell Terminate Voltage: 10200mV ( Maximum:5000mV) ,How to do?

Quit Current : ? , suggest number?

Qmax Cell 0: 155000/10=>15500 , Because Calibrate Current use 1/10 real current

So, Before learning cycle only 5 parameters to Set just OK?

    Your application is 4 batteries in serial( each one is 12V)? I think the "one 12V battery“ you mean is a battery pack which should be 3 Li-on battery cells in serial.

    Can you tell me the structure of the 12V battery pack?  

    I think your application might be total 12 Li-on battery cells in serial( each single Li-on battery is 4,2V~4.35V).

    So Cell Terminate Voltage is for single cell and suggest to be 3V ~ 3.4V. According to the min pack battery Voltage is 10200mV. It should be 3400mV.

    Quit Current is below the average current of your application and not higher than C/20. If current is below the Quit Current , it means that your system is inactive and battery is relax. So you can set it according to your application. Measure the average current and the sleep current of the application and  set Quit Current a little higher than sleep current and below C/20.

    Before learning cycle you should set parameters below:

    Taper Current: (recommend to be C/10 or below, might refer to the taper current of the charger)

    FC Set%: change to -1

    Design Capacitor: 155000/10=>15500

    Design Energy: 15500*3.7*12/10=13020cWh( Design Energy Scale = 10)

    Cell Charger VoltageTx-Tx: max Voltage of your battery , you can connect you battery supply to find it.

    JEITA: if  use it , you can set. 

     Design Energy Scale = 10

    Pack Configuration: [VOLTSEL] (according to your design); [X10] = 1, other register be default. if you want to change , make sure to refer to our datasheet.

    Terminate Voltage: 3400mV 

    Quit Current : according to your application

    Qmax cell 0 = 15500

    And another important notice: if your battery max Voltage is  4.3V or 4.35V, you should try to connect local FAE team or our disty. If not , forget it.
