Do you know the input voltage, output voltage and current of the transformer from the PMP9088 schematic ?

This is the data sheet from the producer web site but these informations are missing and the link from the previous post doesn't work anymore:

The T1 part is EPC17S Transformer, Discontinuous Mode Flyback, ±5% EPC17S
