EV2300 with bqEASY & BQ20Z65-R1 learning steps for Golden pack

Did all stage by stage in bqEASY till 5A.Learning Cycle 1.

Push Initialyze button. Then charg to full and push Chage Done.

Then I connect pack like Figure 4. Example Load at User's Guide bqEARSY.

Then push the Option Button for automate steps 2-4. On Step 2/3 (discharge) process depends,  becouse I2C VOUT stay 0V.

What is wrong?
