Hi, I want to know where to find junction temperature of PTH03060WAH. I can not find this in its datasheet.

The PTH power modules have the thermal data (SOA) safe operating data located in each product specification.

The SOA data maximum operating ambient temperatue is 85C limited by output current versus air flow .

Yes, you are right, the SOA give me the maximum operate temperature range but not junction temperature, junction temperature is higher than maximum operate temperature in general. So how can I find it? Should I find all of the data of components on PTH03060 module? If say so, can TI give me the component list?
