Isolated power supply for low power application (less than 1 watt)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28700, UCC28711

I need a isolated power supply for powering low power wireless sensor nodes (indoors). Input will be in the range 200v rms to 240v rms. Required output will be 3.3 volts and max current consumption will be under 100 mA.  The solution should be as small as possible. Looking for recommendations on power supply controller to use. Solution should not be inefficient. I also want to add a NiMH battery charging circuit later.
