Unfortunately this is a 150V FET and TI has no current plans to expand to this voltage range at this time.
If max input is only 24Vin, you can probably get away with 40V FETs.
We have an entire family of 40V FETs that you can observe here.

Our lowest Rdson 40V FET is currently the CSD18502Q5B. However, this might be overkill for your application. Our highest Rdson 40V FET is the CSD18504Q5A, and this is till <10mOhm so this might be sufficient for your application.
