Hi Sir,

         If the Vin=3.6V and Vbias=5V, can tps74801 make a 3.3Vout @ 1A? I found the in datasheet 'if VBIAS is higher thanheet that VOUT +3.25V(1), VIN dropout is less than specified', so I don't know if 5V bias is enough.

    Hi,

    The conditions you are using will work.  Please refer to Figure 8 from the datasheet:

    Please note that this figure is assuming a full load; therefore, your condition of a 1A load will actually require lower dropout.
