bq24195L / capacitor on PMID pin

Hi Team,

Our customer is evaluating bq24195L but they will not use boost function. Then should they place capacitor on PMID pin though they will not use boost function? They hope to remove this capacitor if they can.

Sonoki-san,

PMID is also the input of the Buck regulator. The cap on PMID is required even if the boost is not used.
