bq51013b all capacitor using 0402 or 0603 capacitor have any risk?

    The same issues you would encounter with all electronic circuit would apply to the bq51013B, nothing unique.

    When going from 0603 package size to 0402 package size the voltage rating will go down and capacitance loss due to “DC-Bias” will go up.

    Voltage rating is straight forward.

    DC-Bias is a loss of capacitive value due to dc voltage applied to the capacitor.  The capacitive is measured with 0V DC by the mfr.  With rated voltage effective capacitance will be reduced.  A 1uF capacitor at 0V and 5V will have different values.  What I have seen is that 0402 have more problems with DC Bias.
