For the charger, try bq24230.

Most people do not use a gauge and other circuits for such a low power battery.

I think this is good for my project.

I fond in datasheet feature:

• Status Indication – Charging/Done, Power Good

Can this charger show me like the cellphones do : Battery 25% full? 

in datasheet (The charger power stage and charge current sense functions are fully integrated)

Or I have to use gauge or ADC of micro-controller ?

The charger will not report amount of charger only whether charge is complete or not.  You will need a gauge or ADC for reporting battery capacity during charging.

I am not aware of any application note related to using an ADC for gas gauging.
