redundant power supply design

we are developing a module for redundant power supply for PLC.

problem is that we have two supply on 3.3 and 24 v each power supply , if  we add diode , 0.7 voltage drop is to much large for devices running on 3.3 v , I had read about TI solution for parallel power supply for high safety level. please someone help me.

I  am inter at my company and I have became fan of ti after using launchpad year ago. So i have  approach ti for my problem .
