UCC2803-Q1 Maximum Rating

The Abs Max rating on the COMP pin is " -0.3V to the lesser of 6.3V or VCC + 0.3V" You will find this on Page 2 of the Datasheet (below) , although I admit it's well hidden and I understand how you missed it. Regards

I've already seen that. Actually they are a a little different from UCC2803(Non q1) and UCC2803-Q1

find the attachment and explain why Q1 version doen't describe VCC+0.3V and what is correct?

My apologies for the delay in answering.

I queried this with one of our design engineers and he replied -

"COMP is output which generally are not rated with old devices since it is determined by the supply of Error Amplifier.. COMP’s abs max rating is most likely of REF+0.3V, i.e. 5.3V."
