Where can I find a programming guide for LM25066?

I need to understand how to read and write from this device both from the I2C and from the USB side of it

    We don't have a programming guide per se; however, the SPM GUI traffic log, used in conjunction with the register page, is very effective in illustrating the PMBus communications. 

    With respect to your USB concern, have you seen the Total Phase I2C Development Kit.  This kit has everything required to get started, include a host adapter (Aardvark), protocol analyzer (Beagle), target slave module with I2C-based memory devices, USB and I2C cables and software.
