Hi,

Is it OK to have a voltage on SDA/SCL pin when not powered the device?

I think it is OK because these pin's abs max are -0.3 to 6V(not -0.3 to VDD).

Could you check please, just in case?

Hi Yaita-san,

Yes, it is acceptable to have the SDA/SCL pins biased with a voltage <6V while the device is not powered up (e.g. VDD=0V)
