TPS23754 Detection

Our customer has problem of detection error at -10 degreeC.
I have their schematic and waveform, but I cannot publish here.

This trouble is;
In the case of normal temperature, PoE detection phase is 2 step of 7V and 4.2V.
But in the case of -10 degree C temperature, PoE detection phase is 2 step of 7V and 2V. (Error)
PSE-HUB is normal temperature.(without cryostat)
