My customer wants to confirm reliability prediction of TLV432AIDBZR by using MIL-HDBK-217.

Can anyone tell me No. pins, No. Transistors, No. Gates and No. Elements.

These are needed for calculate.

I only know No. pins are 5.

I am not familiar with MIL-HDBK-217, however I can say 3 pins, 12 transistors, 9 resistors, and 2 capacitors.

Please confirm this document of item 5.1

Could I confirm the no. of transistors.

According to the datasheet, transistors are 11, your answered 12. which is correct?

Shinichi,

The 12th transistor is the ESD protection transistor on the REF pin. It is normally not active and not needed for TL431 function so the DS count is 11.
