TLC5916 vs. TLC5916-Q1 Minimum Current

Hi,

I noticed that the TLC5916 has a minimum current set at 3mA but the TLC5916-Q1 has it set at 5mA. Is there a reason for this difference on the Q1 device? While it is not a huge difference, I need the device to operate below the 5mA on the Q1 device.
