Can i use TPS53513 for power VDDQ of the DDR3 memory?

Depending on you current requirements you could look at TPS51216, TPS51916 or similar devices.

I need a converter with integrated MOSFETs, therefore TPS51916 and TPS51216 are not suitable for my project

What are your requirements? Just Vdd or Vtt or both? Input voltage range? Current output? Buffered VREF? There are lots of possibilities.

I need power supply for Vdd only. For Vtt i will use LDO. Input voltage from 4.5V to 14V. Current 6A. Efficiency near 90%.

Can i use TPS53513 in this case?
