Thermal Details of Power Modules (PTH series)

Hello ,

We are using following Power modules in our design:

PTH08T250WAD (2 nos)

PTH08T230WAD (6 nos)

PTH08T220WAD (1 no).

To do Thermal analysis of our board, we need following thermal details of the above modules.

1. Thermal resistance, Junction to ambient (Rja).

2. Thermal Resistance, Junction to case (Rjc).

3. Thermal Resistance, Junction to board (Rjb).

4. Maximum Junction Temperature (Tj).

Please inform the values of these parameters for the mentioned individual parts.

    Vijetha:

    The complete thermal data (SOA)is located in the product specification by input voltage and output voltage ( output current ) versus airflow.

    I attached from the data sheet for PTH08T250W dual( master and slave) thermal  data and single thermal data from the product specification .

    There is thermal modeling for power modules due to the sheer number of components.. All thermal data  is included in each product
